The Restaurant is currently housed on the Ground Floor of the Hotel and will move to the First Floor in August 2006. There, our old Georgian rooms have been enhanced to provide a modern restaurant in a stunning original Georgian setting. A first floor kitchen will concentrate solely on serving the finest quality restaurant food. Our Head Chef Michael Talty has created an excellent reputation for the standard of Food he has developed at the County Arms Hotel since joining our team nearly 2 years ago. Michael's experience in the Far East and Australia have ensured that eastern dishes such as Wok Fried Chilli Beef now sit happily alongside County Arms Hotel signature dishes such as Slow Roasted Shank of Lamb, Crispy Roast Duck and Chorizo Risotto, giving a truly international feel to the food here at the County Arms.
